Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of 18 months from the date hereof, and the building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 002A and 001A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The proposed development should be operated in accordance with flood risk management measures outlined within the Flood Risk Assessment (Innervision design, August 2023). Reason: To ensure effective management of all sources of flood risk in accordance with Policy EP4 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
