Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2086 301a, 2086 401, 2086 400, 2086 500, 2086 501, 2086 600, 2086 601, 2086 300, 2086 302, 2086 350, 2086 351, 2086 352, 2086 360, 2086 361, 2086 362, 2086 100, 2086 101 Rev A, 2086 200, 2086 201, 2086 250, 2086 251, 2086 252 and 2086 260, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Other than expressly requested by condition 4 of this consent the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Details in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority : a. Upon completion of the structural works, description by annotated plan or written schedule outlining the construction in place of the existing cruck and confirmation of other timbers which have been replaced to be provided. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the submitted details unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
