Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 23 PHBS EX01, 23 PHBS PE01 and 23 PHBS SL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No works above slab level shall take place until details of the rooflights and proposed materials of the proposed roof slate to be used in the external construction and finishes of the development hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the historic and architectural interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
