Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PE-001, PE-002, PE-003, PE-004, PE-005, PE-006, EE-001, EE-002, EE-003, EE-004, EE-005, EF-001, EF-002, PF-001, ERP-001, PRP-001, PRP-002, BLO-001 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to implementation of the relevant part of the works hereby approved samples of all materials to be used in the construction and finishes of the extensions and alterations hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall include detailed section drawings, specifications and photographic samples as necessary. Thereafter the works / development shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies STRAT1, ENV1, ENV6, ENV7, ENV8, DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
