Description
Install LED floodlights on court 3 of Chinnor tennis courts. The work entails installing two 8 meter static floodlight columns and four Phillips 1kw Optivision BVP515 LED floodlight fittings (2 on the columns for court 3 and 2 for columns on court 2. The columns and floodlight fittings to be installed are the same as those already installed on the other two courts.

Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, CDD-23-278-03, CDD-23-278-01, CDD-23-278-02, CDD-23-278-04, CDD-23-278-05, CDD-23-278-06 and CDD-23-278-07, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The lighting hereby approved shall not be used between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00 on any day.
Reason: To protect the appearance of the area, the environment and wildlife, and local residents from light pollution in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The lighting shall be angled down to illuminate the pitch only and no luminaire shall be visible from any residential property or trespass into nearby gardens (Please refer to ILE guidance on outdoor lighting. The reference location code is E2: Low district brightness areas such as rural, small village, or relatively dark, urban locations the limits are set out in table 1).
Reason: In the interests of the amenity of neighbouring residential occupiers in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
