Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P24/S1285/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1349-2_LB-1, 1349-2_LB-2 and 1349-2_LB-3, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Other than expressly required by condition 4 of this consent, the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and detail which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

No work in relation to the fireplace in the Lounge other than the removal of the existing fireplace surround shall take place until details of the replacement surround, which is to incorporate as much as possible the remnants of the brick interior and surrounds, is submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
