The works to which this consent relates must be begun not later than 1 June 2025. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P24/S0113/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, J922 PP105, J922 PP103, J922 PP112A, J922 PP104, J922 PP113A, J922 PP102, J922 PP111A, J922 PP100, J922 PP101 and J922 PP110A, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: - Photographic samples of materials including window and door specification Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
