That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC001 and DRW 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The mitigation measures outlined in Section 5.5 of the Plant Noise Impact Assessment Report (20541.PNIA-RPT.01) shall be installed within 3 months of the date of this planning permission and thereafter maintained.
Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties and/or businesses from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
