Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The mitigation measures outlined in Section 5.5 of the Plant Noise Impact Assessment Report (20541.PNIA-RPT.01) shall be installed within 3 months of the date of this planning permission and thereafter maintained. Reason: To protect the occupants of nearby residential properties and/or businesses from noise disturbance in accordance with Policy ENV12 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035
