This permission shall expire after a period of five years from the date hereof, and the portakabins hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land prior to the expiry of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with policies DES1, DES2, and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, SRP3912-MAC-XX-XX-XX-4000, SRP3912-MAC-XX-XX-XX-4001 and SRP3912-MAC-XX-XX-XX-4002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
