Conditions / Refusal Reasons
This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the mobile home and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and that currently there is insufficient justification for the mobile home to be sited on the land beyond a three year period in accordance with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The occupation of the mobile home shall be limited to a person solely or mainly working in agriculture at Model Farm or a widow or widower of such a person, and any resident's dependant. Reason: The mobile home is situated in the rural area where the Local Planning Authority would not normally grant permission for such a development and this permission is granted on a temporary basis solely in order to fulfil an essential agricultural need, in accordance with Policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
