Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 7853 01h, 8191011-4301, 10257 P03h, 10256 13.1H, 8191011-4202H, 7853 P15 and 8191011-4101B, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Other than where varied by this application, the works shall be implemented strictly in accordance with the details approved under discharge of condition applications P23/S1435/DIS and P21/S3594/DIS. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All areas of making good of tiles, weather boarding, brick and flint work to be in matching materials and all knapped flint is to be tightly bonded in lime mortar. The replacement roof tiles shall be in accordance with the specification provided within the applicant's email dated 10th October 2023. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
