The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2002.104, 2005.203G, 2005.103, 2005.102, 2005.202D, 2005.201D, 2005.101 and LOC001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Other than expressly required by condition 4 of this consent the development hereby permitted shall only be complete in the materials and details of making good specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Joinery details for all widows and doors
b. Rooflights
c. Flues, ducts and vents
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and in the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policy ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
