Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GAP-01-B1, GAP-01-P8, GAP-01-P3A, GAP-01-P13, GAP-01-P2A, GAP-01-P12, LOC-001, GAP-01-P15, GAP-01-P5B and GAP-01-P14, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

New and additional Soil Vent Pipes, ventilation and flues must connect in with existing pipework for the approved bathrooms and toilets with external vents located discreetly. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
