Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The intensity of the illumination of the advertisements hereby granted consent shall not exceed that recommended in the Institution of Lighting Engineers - Technical Report No. 5 (Third Edition, 2001). Reason: In the interest of highway safety and to safeguard the visual amenities of the area in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
