That at the end of a period of five years beginning with the date of this consent, the consent shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007.
The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials and details specified on plan LNG4736.06C hereby approved. No illumination of the fascia is permitted.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policies ESDQ16, ESDQ17 and ESDQ18 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.
The outstanding works to the fascia lettering shall be completed within 3 months from the date of this permission, unless an alternative timescale has first been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to ensure that the partly retrospective proposal has an acceptable impact upon the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and its setting within the Thame Conservation Area, in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2, ENV6, ENV7 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035 and Policies ESDQ16, ESDQ17 and ESDQ18 of the Thame Neighbourhood Plan.
