Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the approved plan LNG4736.06C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on plan LNG4736.06C hereby approved. No illumination of the fascia is permitted.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The outstanding works to the fascia lettering shall be completed within 3 months from the date of this consent, unless an alternative timescale has first been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order to ensure that the partly retrospective proposal has an acceptable impact upon the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and its setting, in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
