Conditions / Refusal Reasons
Development under Class R of the type described in paragraph R.3(1)(b) must begin within a period of 3 years starting with the prior approval date.
Reason: To comply with the requirements of Class R, para R.3 (2) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans and documents: LOC001, 8150.500L, and 8150.500B2 except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended).
Prior to the first use of the buildings as a Class E workshop, the parking and turning areas shall be provided in accordance with drawing no. 8150.500B2 and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the approved development.
Reason: In the interests of highway safety and in accordance with policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
