Amendments to applications P22/S2261/HH & P22/S2262/LB (main house) and P20/S4621/HH & P20/4783/LB (kitchen extension). (As amended by revised drawings received on 8 June 2023 to add a plaque to street elevation and an external oil fired boiler on the roadside adjacent to the barn and as amended by drawing no TEL 1.50G received on 14 August 2023).
"Reconstruction and restoration of the main house following a fire in 2022, and demolition of existing 1950s single single-storey lean-to extension and chimney and replacement with timber clad extension".
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TEL 0.50, TEL 0.40A, TEL 0.10C, TEL 0.30B, TEL 1.40G, TEL 1.60C, TEL 2.82A, TEL 2.83A, TEL 2.84A, TEL 2.80B, TEL 2.81A, TEL 2.65B, TEL 1.30D and TEL 1.50G, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The rooflights hereby approved shall be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
