Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The office building which is the subject of this permission shall be removed from the land at the expiration of 3 years from the date of this permission and the site shall be left in a clean and orderly state. Reason: To ensure that the future development of the Culham Science Centre site takes place in accordance with policy STRAT8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 8200365-5005 PA2, 8200365-1002 Rev P1, 8200365 -001 Rev P3, BLO-002, BLO-001, 28UK093PTK, PP-001, HD-11581-01-1A, HD 11581 01-2E, PP-002, CUK ARCH SITE 247 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
