Discharge of condition 7(Tree Protection Phase 2) on application P22/S2838/FUL (The area for development is natural ground and a water course, the Chalgrove brook, on private property. A fish passage channel will be created. An existing weir on the bypassed section of the existing watercourse will be removed and the existing stretch where the weir is located will be filled in. The watercourse will then be diverted down the new fish passage channel).
