Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended)
Any building permitted to be used as a dwellinghouse by virtue of Class MA is to remain in use as a dwellinghouse within the meaning of Class C3 of Schedule 1 to the Use Classes Order and for no other purpose, except to the extent that the other purpose is ancillary to the use as a dwellinghouse.
Reason: To comply with the requirements of Class MA.2 (6) of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended)
Prior to the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the parking and turning areas shall be provided in accordance with the approved plan 004 P3 and shall be constructed, laid out, surfaced, drained and completed to be compliant with sustainable drainage (SuDS) principles, and shall be retained unobstructed except for the parking of vehicles associated with the development at all times.
Reason: To comply with paragraph M.2- (1) (a) of Class M of Schedule 2 of Part 2 of The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (As amended) and to ensure that sufficient parking provision is provided in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
