The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works to the roof, a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish for the following shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:-
1. Joinery details for the proposed rooflight
2. Proposed pantile vent
3. Proposed insulation
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All new works and works of making good to the retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile. Repointing shall be completed in lime mortar as per the submitted heritage statement dated March 2023 Ref: P.1644/HS by Jessop & Cook Architects.
