Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P23/S2777/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO1, LOC1 and PHP35003, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Joinery details for the new slim line double glazed windows (to incorporate an integral glazing bar) for windows 11, 11a and 12 (as described in the Heritage Statement) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
