This permission shall expire after a period of three years from the date hereof, and the building(s) hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in accordance with policies STRAT1, EMP10, CF4, DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PE001, PE002, PE003, PE004, PE005, PF001, PF002, PF003, PF004, LOC001, PE006, OP1001, BLO002, BLO001 and OP1002, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The siting of the temporary buildings and structures hereby approved shall be implemented and / or removed in accordance with the details shown on the approved plans and supporting method statement or in details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important in accordance with policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the emerging South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2034.

The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with policies policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
