Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of a period of 5 years from the date of this permission the use of the land as specified in the application shall cease. Reason: In order to establish the agricultural need and that the enterprise is economically sustainable and viable for the future and that any future application can be decided on this assessment in accordance with Policy H19 South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC 001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The residential use of the land and occupation of the mobile home hereby permitted shall be limited to an agricultural worker (and dependents) who is solely or is mainly employed in the business relating to the plots edged red and blue on the approved plan LOC 001 . Reason: The site lies in an area where new development is strictly controlled, and the proposed dwelling has only been justified on the grounds of agricultural need in accordance with policy H19 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

No new exterior lighting is to be installed without the prior written permission of the local planning authority. Reason: To limit the impact of light pollution from artificial light on nature conservation in accordance with paragraph 185 of the NPPF and Policy ENV3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
