Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P23/S1228/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO 001, EE 001 Rev B, Rev B(JAB), LOC 001 and PF Rev B JAB, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, scale sections and construction details for the proposed main staircase shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing.  Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
