Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 0286-PL-05, 0286-PL-06, 0286-PL-07, 0286-PL-22, 0286-PL-23, 0286-PL-24, 0286-PL-03, 0286-PL-20B, 0286-PL-04, 0286-PL-21A and 0286-PL-01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The materials to be used for the works hereby permitted shall be as specified within the application submission. Any variation must have prior written approval in writing from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order to preserve the special historic and architectural interest of the listed building, in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
