Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P23/S2668/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 22536-MBS-1, B1941.101, B1941.103, B1941.100 and B1941.201, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Prior to the cleaning of masonry hereby approved being carried out a test panel(s) shall be undertaken in a position to be first agreed with the Conservation Team. The results of the test panel must then be submitted and agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the cleaning shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works hereby approved photographic samples and specification of the lightweight cement render to be used on the modern extension shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
