Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order) the erection or construction of gates, fences, walls or other means of enclosure as described in Schedule 2, Part 2, Class A of the Order shall not be undertaken without obtaining planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the adjacent Special Area of Conservation, in accordance with Policies ENV2 and ENV3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

No car parking shall take place during events within 15 metres of the north western boundary of the site. The intensity of the use of the site shall be limited to the numbers reported in section 4.6 of the submitted planning statement. Reason: To protect the adjacent Special Area of Conservation, in accordance with Policies ENV2 and ENV3 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
