Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001 and A01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That the banner advertisements hereby approved shall only be used in conjunction with the promotion of local events. They shall be displayed for a maximum of six periods within a calendar year and each period shall not exceed 14 days. At all other times, the banners shall be removed from the building.
Reason: In the interests of preserving the special architectural and historic interest of the listed building and its setting, in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
