Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2243-PR-102 Rev A, 02847-S-105 P1, 02847-S-110 P1, 2243-EX-001, 2243-PR-010, 2243-EX-300, 2243-PR-302, 2243-EX-301, 2243-PR-303, 2243-DT-600, 2243-EX-101, 02847-S-100 P2 and 2243-GA-200, and with the details set out within the supporting document 'Stables Frame Condition Survey' unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P24/S1252/DIS

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, the following details shall be first submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing: a) Specifications for all new or replacement rainwater goods b) Specifications or joinery details as appropriate for all new or altered windows and doors. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The rooflights hereby approved shall be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted and shall be conservation rooflights. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

The new roof tiles hereby approved shall be handmade plain clay tiles to match the existing roof unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
