Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, JB005, JB031 rev B, JB033 rev B (JAB), JB004, rev B (JABII), 001 and BLO-001, and submitted details of replacement materials except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works to the approved extension should be in accordance with the agreed details approved under discharge of condition applications P23/S1735/DIS, P23/S1734/DIS, P23/S1724/DIS and P23/S1516/DIS. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
