That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, PR_001, JAB Rev A, rev B JAB, 001 Rev B, BLO-001, JB005, JB031 rev B, JB033 rev B (JAB) and JB004, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies. Related application(s): P23/S1516/DIS, P23/S1724/DIS, P23/S1734/DIS

Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun: a) Details of the treatment for the well cover within the extension b) Schedule of external materials to be used for the extension to include a flint sample panel c) Submission of structural details of extension showing junctions with listed building Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
