Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1080.G.11 v2, 1080.G.12 v2, 1080.G.13 v2, 1080.G.14 v2, 1080.G.15 v2, 1080.G.16 v2, 1080.G.17 v2, 1080.G.18 v2, 1080.G.19 v2, 1080.G.2 v2, 1004.G.2 v2, 1080.G.3 v2, 1080.G.4 v2, 1080.G.5 v2, 1080.G.6 v2, 1080.G.7 v2, 1080.G.8 v2, 1080.G.9 v2, 1080.G.10 v2 and 1080.G.1 v2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The replacement windows as identified by information received 20 April 2023 and approved plans received 22 December 2022, to be replaced with units and related works as submitted in details received 21 December 2022 and 20 April 2023.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
