Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Related application(s): P24/S0312/DIS

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1160.G.1, 1160.G.2 and 1160.G.4, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

Following the removal of modern insert material from the fireplace and prior to the commencement of any remedial works of repair or alteration, the following documents will be submitted to the LPA and approved in writing: i) a short heritage report documenting the uncovered fireplace and any features of interest ii) a schedule of proposed works of repair and alteration to include material specifications/method statements as relevant. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
