Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The development to which this permission relates must be begun not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, LOC-001, S3-MS-02, S3-P-05 and S3-P-06, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the statement in the email dated 7 February 2023 from the applicant's agent and the Viridian PV panels as shown within the Viridian Clearline Fusion installation manual document with the email, unless otherwise previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development and to safeguard the character and appearance of the site and this part of the Conservation Area in accordance with policy DES1, DES2, ENV6 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Within 6 months of the installation ceasing to generate electricity, this planning permission shall expire and the installation shall be removed from the roof, and the roof shall be restored to its former condition.
Reason: In order to safeguard the character and appearance of the site and this part of the Conservation Area in accordance with policy DES1, DES2, ENV6 and ENV8 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
