Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GA.00 B, BR-104 C, G.A.04 A, G.A.03 A, G.A.02 A and G.A.01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.

The works hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To preserve the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035..

All new services for the proposed en-suite bathrooms to follow existing service routes or be wall mounted and boxed in unless alternatives are otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. All works of making good to be carried out in materials and finishes to match the existing, or in materials that are consistent with the original construction of the building. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
