Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The hours of operation for the development shall be restricted to 08:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 on a Saturday. [No work to take place on Sundays or Public Holidays without the prior written authority of the Local Planning Authority].
