Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, AL 10 008 A, AC 4 001, AL 10 009 A, AL 10 010 A, AL 10 011 B, AL 10 006 B, AL 10 007 B, AL 10 002 E, AL 10 003 B, AL 10 001 A, AL 10 005 A, AL 10 004 A and 01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the commencement of the relevant works, specifically the new openings between Rooms 6 & 7 and Rooms 14 and 12, construction details and method statements shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All works of making good to the existing retained internal and external fabric of the building shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.

At such time as the solar panels hereby permitted are no longer required or have reached the end of their useful lifespan, they shall be removed from the site and works of making good shall take place to restore to the previous condition.
Reason: To avoid the unnecessary retention of the structure in order to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
