Prior to the commencement of the relevant works to the main house, the following details will be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. All works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with those agreed details: a) Brick samples/specifications for all works of repair b) Brick samples for all facing work to new construction c) Slate sample/specification Reason: To safeguard the character of the buildings and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the commencement of the relevant works to the coach house, the following details will be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. All works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with those agreed details: a) Brick samples/specifications for all works of infill and repair b) Specifications for all insulation upgrades c) Method statement for the replacement of the floor slab to the coarch house. Reason: To safeguard the character of the buildings and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

Prior to the removal of the cruck blade/tie beam from the coach house, confirmation of its new location will be provided to the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the character of the buildings and to safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
