Prior to the commencement of the relevant works to the coach house, the following details will be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and approved in writing. All works shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with those agreed details:
a) Brick samples/specifications for all works of infill and repair
b) Specifications for all insulation upgrades
c) Method statement for the replacement of the floor slab to the coarch house.
