Repairs and internal alterations to Grade II listed thatched cottage. Remove later 20C internal partition, close up internal door. Form new internal door, remove existing kitchen units, replace all sanitary ware, re-wire, new heating and plumbing with external oil boiler and oil tank. Repair to entire building in like for like materials. Underpinning works to stabilize cracks in external walls. Construct new limecrete insulated floor. Repairs/replacement of windows, replacement timber door and frame to match existing. New external wall, internal wall linings new plaster boarding with skim to walls and ceiling. Construction of timber laundry store building.
