Joinery details for all new windows and doors including scaled details of cills, lintels, and dormer eaves with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Before any paint stripping is carried out of timber beams, details of the method of paint stripping shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and a test panel(s) undertaken in a position to be agreed with the Conservation Team. The submitted cleaning method and the test panel must then be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The works shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved cleaning details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Details, including drawings as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the relevant part of the work has begun:
a. Photographic samples and specification of external materials
b. Submission of a section and specification of new ground floor and basement floor slabs.
c. Specification of basement plaster
d. Details of proposed aga surround
e. Submission of a lime specification for any mortar or plaster repairs
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
