Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TEL 0.50, TEL 0.40A, TEL 0.10B, TEL 0.30B, TEL 1.30B, TEL 1.60B, TEL 1.40F and TEL 1.50C, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the building shall be constructed in accordance with the submitted photographic evidence of each elevation. The development shall re-use as much of the materials salvaged from the fire as possible. Photographic samples of additional materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of works above slab level.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
All windows and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the installation of the windows and doors.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The rooflights hereby approved shall be set flush with the plane of the roof in which they are to be inserted.
