Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 21-011-P103, 21-011-SU100, 21-011-P101, 21-011-P100, 21-011-L100 and 21-011-P102, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

No works above slab level shall take place until samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the works hereby permitted has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

All windows and external doors shall be provided in accordance with a detailed specification of their type, design and external finish that has been first submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
