Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 2021-06-0002, 2021-06-0020, 2021-06-0060, 2021-06-0040, 2021-06-0030, 2021-06-0001 and 2021-06-0050, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.

That the external materials to be used on the listed building hereby approved shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of the visual appearance of the development in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
