The development would significantly harm the AONB and the character and appearance of the area contrary to policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035, Policy CRP4 of the Crowmarsh Neighbourhood Plan and Paragraph 176 of The National Planning Policy Framework.
