This permission shall expire after a period of 3 years from the date hereof, and the building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission or the refurbishment of the office accommodation referred to in the application is complete, whichever is the sooner.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development and in the interest of highway safety and the impact on the local highway network and to ensure provision of off-street parking in accordance with Policy TRANS5 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, GF0001, 1011 Rev A, 1010 Rev A and 1020, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
