This permission shall expire after a period of 18 months from the date hereof, and the temporary building hereby permitted and all associated materials shall be removed from the land by the expiry date of this permission. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development, and to protect the visual appearance of the site and its surroundings in accordance with Policies DES1, DES2 and ENV1 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.

That the development hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, HD12415_01_RevA, RGC420061598 NM and RGC420061598 NM a, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
