Description
Four free standing wooden signs displayed as per the site description advertising Rectory Farm.
Two signs at Locations A and B be erected during the time the pick your own, shop and cafe are operational.
Two signs at Locations C and D be erected all year to indicate the location of the farm yard.
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
a) This consent expires 5 years from the date hereof.
b) Any advertisements displayed and any site used for the display of advertisements shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
c) Any structure or hoarding erected or used principally for the purpose of displaying advertisements shall be maintained in a safe condition.
d) Where an advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the removal shall be carried out to the reasonable satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
e) No advertisement is to be displayed without the permission of the owner of the site or any other person with an interest in the site entitled to grant permission.
f) No advertisement shall be sited or displayed so as to obscure or hinder the ready interpretation of any road traffic sign, railway signal, or aid to navigation by water or air, or so as otherwise to render hazardous the use of any highway, railway, waterway or aerodrome (civil or military).
Reason: To comply with the requirements of Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 2007.
That the advertisement consent shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-001, BLO-002, BLO-003, OP1-001 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this permission.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the area in accordance with Development Plan policies.
That advertisments A and B hereby approved shall only be displayed during the period from April to August each year and at no other time.
Reason: To help protect the character of the area and to comply with Policies DES1 and DES2 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
