The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent. That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 922.1-EB01a, 922.1-PB01, 922.21.1-E001, 922.21.1-P001b, 922.1-EL01a and 922.1-PL01, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent. Prior to commencement of the relevant works details of the chimney flue lining and associated alterations shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
